IACIS offers refunds for event registrations, course enrollments, membership purchases, and renewals under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [IACIS contact email] prior to the start date of the event or course.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Membership fees are non-refundable once access to member benefits has been granted.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance.
