The Cellebrite Certified Operator (CCO) course is a Two-Day (14 hours) Intermediate level
certification program designed for data extraction team members tasked with extracting
data in a forensically sound manner using Touch2 or 4PC. CCO course focuses on
teaching data extraction team members such as technically savvy investigators, digital
forensic examiners, internal affairs investigators, first responders, or IT staff designated
to handle extraction of digital evidence to perform extractions on a variety of devices.
The CCO course expands on concepts introduced in the CMFF course and introduces
extractions and data sets for use case scenarios. The CCO course includes logical, file
system, and physical extractions from mobile devices as well SIM cards and external
storage such as SD cards. Course participants use Touch, Touch2 or 4PC, and UFED
Physical Analyzer software to conduct basic searches, create bookmarks and reports.
Throughout the course, participants have opportunities to gain the fundamental
understanding needed to review a logical data extraction report and open each
extraction type using the Physical Analyzer software.
The Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyzer (CCPA) course is a Three-Days (21 hours) Advanced level
certification program designed for tech savvy investigators, digital evidence analysts, and
forensic practitioners. The CCPA course focuses on analysis and advanced search techniques
using UFED Physical Analyzer; participants will NOT conduct extractions from devices in the
CCPA course participants use UFED Physical Analyzer software will be used extensively to explore
recovered deleted data, database contents, advanced search and analysis. techniques,
verification and validation, and reporting. Additionally, due to the incumbent responsibilities
synonymous with the credible presentation of digital evidence, participants will practice the skill
of verifying, validating, and reporting findings.
Students are offered an optional, knowledge-based and practical skills assessment at the
conclusion of the course. Ideal candidates for the CCPA course include personnel with advanced
knowledge in digital forensics, or the successful completion of the CMFF and CCO courses.

Cancellation of this class may occur if there are insufficient students registered. In the event of a cancellation, personnel will typically be notified by email within 48 hours of the registration closure date. - Classes begin at 8:00 AM ET and conclude at 5:00 PM ET, each day, with a one hour lunch break. Classes will end at 4:00 PM ET on the last day of class. Please do not arrange for departing flights prior to 7:00 PM ET to allow time for travel to the airport and any security clearances.
- The dress code for the conference is business casual (collared shirts and slacks).The wearing of shorts, flip flops, tank tops, etc. is not allowed in the classroom. Personal computers are not permitted in the classroom. Students are required to attend all classes to successfully complete the program. Students who fail to meet the attendance requirements will not be issued a certificate at the conclusion of the program.

If IACIS is unable to hold their 2021 Orlando training event, then all students who have registered and paid, will have the option of a full refund or a reserved seat at the 2022 training event.
